MABS conducts Senior Management Orientation for Unilink RB and RB Sta. Rosa

MABS and the Microfinance Innovation Center for Resource and Alternatives (MICRA) Philippines Foundation, a MABS affiliated Service Provider (MSP), conducted a Senior Management Orientation (SMO) to the Boards of Directors and Officers of Unilink Rural Bank and the Rural Bank of Sta. Rosa on December 15, 2009.
The MABS team presented the history and accomplishments of the MABS Program and highlighted the positive performance of MABS participating banks as they implemented the MABS Approach to microfinance. The participants were also oriented on how to provide microfinance products and services in their respective banks. The two banks were able to understand the critical operational and cultural success factors required for rural banks offering microfinance services.
